BMW is the latest automotive company to begin working on the development of wireless chargers for their lineup of i3 and i8 plug-in models. The company has teamed up with Daimler AG to create the high-end technology for the project, which is already in the making. The end result will consist of a charging system that will operate wirelessly and fully charge the car's battery in less time than the current stationary charger, reducing the wait time.

The all-new BMW X1 is arriving for 2015 and news is beginning to circulate that the incoming model could be receiving a performance-focused version under the company's M division. BMW has stated in the past the no model, aside from the M4 Gran Coupe, was off limits for a potential M variant, which has led many to believe the recent rumors about the XI M version to be true.

BMW, a company known for their lavish cars, has revealed that they will be releasing a brand-new 2015 BMW Individual 6 Series Gran Coupe "Bang & Olufsen" Edition for buyers to get their hands on. The limited production run, which will feature 100 BMW 650i Gran Coupe models and ten M6 Gran Coupe models, will highlight the high-end audio manufacturers design elements and technology, complementing each BMW model.

Rumors have been swirling about the production of a BMW crossover for quite some time now, and just recently, it was confirmed that the German automaker does have plans to create one. The flagship crossover is said to be called the X7 and it will be built right here in the U.S. at their Spartanburg, SC plant.
