What Are the 2026 X2 Trims & Features?
This sleek SUV is available in two trims: xDrive28i and M35i. The entry-level xDrive28i delivers a stylish appearance and plenty of modern conveniences. Centered on the dash is the BMW Curved Display, which pairs a 10.7-inch infotainment screen with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Heated front seats help on chilly days. Other notable features include dual-zone automatic climate control, a power liftgate, and navigation.
Keep in mind that several option packages are available. BMW offers the popular M Sport package for drivers, which has a sportier look and sharper handling. The Technology package adds advanced features such as augmented navigation and a head-up display. Standalone options include sport seats, the Sky Lounge Panoramic Roof, and remote engine start.
Driving enthusiasts will appreciate the performance-oriented M35i trim. In addition to a more powerful engine, it includes M Sport Brakes and an adaptive M Suspension. A 12-speaker Harman Kardon premium sound system is also standard.
How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 X2 Have?
The X2 xDrive28i provides more than adequate performance for most drivers. It's powered by a 2.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder engine rated at 241 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel drive are standard.
The M35i uses a tuned 2.0-liter BMW M TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder that produces 312 horsepower, delivering quicker acceleration.
What Safety Features Does the 2026 X2 Include?
