The 2025 BMW X4 is available in two trim levels.

The base model is the xDrive30i. This trim comes equipped with many standard features, including power-adjustable front seats, a power liftgate, a panoramic sunroof, and synthetic leather seating. The xDrive30i also offers dual-zone climate control for comfort in both rows. It features a 12.3-inch infotainment display along with a separate 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. On the exterior, 19-inch wheels are standard, and the xDrive30i is fitted with adaptive LED headlights.

The top trim is the M40i. This version adds a sporty aerodynamic kit, brake rotors with blue calipers, and dedicated sport-driving modes. The dashboard is finished in synthetic leather, and the driver's seat includes four-way lumbar support. Proximity key entry is also standard on this trim.

The base engine is a 2.0L four-cylinder that delivers 248 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, while the top trim is powered by a turbocharged 3.0L six-cylinder engine that produces 382 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. An automatic eight-speed transmission and all-wheel drive are standard.
