BMW Group and United Nations Alliance of Civilizations honor United States of America's Grassroots Initiative “Content Creation Lab” during the 10th UNAOC Global Forum

While BMW is widely recognized for its vehicle production worldwide, the automaker also has a charitable division that supports important causes. Recently, BMW Group teamed up with the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations to celebrate a U.S.-based grassroots initiative called the “Content Creation Lab.” The recognition occurred during the 10th annual Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC).

The initiative, “Content Creation Lab,” is part of Global Nomads Group, an organization headquartered in the U.S. Content Creation Lab is one of 10 initiatives operated by the group. Global Nomads Group was awarded the Intercultural Innovation Hub (IIH) award, a collaborative effort between BMW Group and UNAOC.

Despite Global Nomads Group and the Content Creation Lab originating in the U.S., the awards ceremony took place in Cascais, Portugal, at the 10th UNAOC Global Forum. This year's forum, titled “United in Peace: Restoring Trust, Reshaping the Future - Reflecting on Two Decades of Dialogue for Humanity,” gathered an impressive audience, including high-profile political figures, UN representatives, and other prominent individuals. Together, they discussed the UNAOC's accomplishments over the last 20 years.
