BMW just rolled out the all-new 7th generation BMW 5 Series, and the elegant cruiser is already raking in the awards. It recently earned the Best Designed User Experience Award from EyesOn Design. Recognizing top-notch production and concept vehicles during their world debut at the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, the EyesOn Design awards are some of the most sought after accolades in the automotive industry.
Featuring a wide range of technology that works seamlessly with the 5 Series' impeccable design, it comes as no surprise to us that the five-passenger luxury sedan was able to achieve this distinct recognition. With its new user interface, BMW Gesture Control and enhanced Head-Up Display, the 5 Series offers a wide range of technologies that make it easy for occupants to stay connected on the road.

“BMW has long been a pioneer in advanced Human Machine Interface (HMI) technologies and the new 5 Series brings together everything we have learned in our 100 year history,” said Ludwig Willisch, President and CEO of BMW of North America.
Other standards on the 5 Series include Bluetooth, navigation, a USB port, 20 gigabytes of music storage and a 12-speaker sound system.
